Nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.
If you fail to provide personal data
Where we need to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of a contract we have with you andyou fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract we have or are trying to enter into with you (for example, to provide you with goods or services). In this case, we may have to cancel a product or service you have with us but we will notify you if this is the case at the time.

Change of purpose

Disclosures of your personal data

- Third parties to whom we may choose to sell, transfer, or merge parts of our business or our assets. Alternatively, we may seek to acquire other businesses or merge with them. We require all third parties to respect the security of your personal data and to treat it in accordance with the law. We do not allow our third-party service providers to use your personal data for their own purposes and only permit them to process your personal data for specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions.
International transfers
Wherever possible we will not transfer the personal data we collect about you outside of the EEA. Our document sharing portal, accounts preparation, tax return processing and company secretarial systems do not normally transfer data outside of the EEA.
However, in order to perform our contract with you, we may transfer your personal data to other professional organisations outside of the EEA which do not have the same level of data protection as the UK. We will only do this when appropriate for example when we work with cloud accounting providers, or where we provide the data at your request. If this is done we will ensure that the organisations treat data in a manner consistent with the requirements of the general data protection regulations.
Data security
We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know. They will only process your personal data on our instructions and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality.
We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so.

How long will you use my personal data for?
We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying anylegal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
